Seafood Pasta Salad (Modified) 

 

“A refreshing and creamy seafood pasta salad packed with shrimp, crab, and fresh vegetables. Perfect for picnics, potlucks, or a light meal!”

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 8 ounces pasta (elbow, rotini, or bowtie)
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

For the Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
