– 1 tablespoon Shaoxing rice wine (or dry sherry)
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 1 teaspoon cornstarch
– 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 inch ginger, minced
– 2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts separated)
