Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1 medium onion, diced
2 medium carrots, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small head of cabbage, shredded
6-8 cups chicken or vegetable stock
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional toppings: toasted sesame seeds, thinly sliced green onions, fried wonton strips
