3. Gradually add the warm water, kneading the dough until it’s smooth and elastic.
4. Grease the dough with olive oil.
5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 60 minutes.

Shaping and Resting:

6. After the first rise, gently stretch the dough.
7. Wait for 20 minutes.
8. Stretch the dough again.
9. Wait for an additional 15 minutes.
10. Dust the dough with flour.
