Apple Pumpkin Bundt Cake
Autumn Apple Pumpkin Bundt Cake – perfect cake for the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas). You can optionally drizzle the cake with dulce de leche (or caramel sauce) and top it with chopped pecans.

¾ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅔ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 cups apples , cored, peeled and diced
