Delicious beef stew recipe
Ingredients:
1.2 pounds (about 900 g) of stew, cut into small pieces
2.2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 large onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 celery stalks, sliced
7.3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
4 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine (optional)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and black pepper to taste
all-purpose (optional, to thicken)
