- 1 package cheese biscuit mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Seafood Filling:
- 1 pound cooked lump crab meat
- ½ cup premium mayonnaise, plus extra if needed
- 1 cup freshly grated aged hard cheese
- ½ package buttery round crackers, finely crushed
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
Finishing Butter:
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon fresh citrus juice
