Easy microwave Malva pudding recipe
This quick and easy Malva pudding requires thirty-five minutes for preparation and cooking.
Ingredients:
I cup of milk (250 ml)
1 cup of wheat flour – preferably self-raising
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 egg
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
1 teaspoon of apricot jam
15 ml of vinegar
1/2 cup of water
1 can of evaporated milk
