Zucchini and Carrot Fritters

Things required:
About two cups of shredded zucchini and one large zucchini
Two quarters of a cup of grated carrots, depending on size
Around a quarter cup of finely chopped onion, or half an onion,
Big two eggs
Garlic, either cut cloves or leaves, if desired
Two or three green chiles, finely minced.
You will need one measuring cup, which holds 125 grams, of flour.
Garlic powder, half a teaspoon
Half a teaspoon of onion powder
Ground pepper, 1/4 teaspoon.
Feel free to add salt to taste.
Half a teaspoon of ground turmeric
When frying, use 1 tablespoon of oil, or more as needed.
