Whenever we make this at home, everyone can’t stop eating it

1 diced tomato

1 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

A pinch of salt and pepper

⅛ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Preparation:
Take a bowl and whisk together the eggs and milk.

Throw in the cheddar cheese, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and give it a mix.

Now, toss in the ham, onion, bell peppers, tomato, and that fragrant parsley. Mix it all up nicely.
