INGREDIENTS
For the Ice Cream:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 vanilla bean (split and seeds scraped) or 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 large egg yolks
For the Peach Topping:
2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
