Turkey stuffing Balls
Instructions:
- Prep Ingredients:
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature
- Warm potatoes slightly if needed
- Moisten stuffing with broth if dry
- Mix & Form:

- Combine potatoes and stuffing in large bowl
- Fold in shredded turkey
- Season with pepper if needed
- Form into 12 golf ball-sized portions

- Choose Your Method:For Baked Version:
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Place on lined baking sheet
- Bake 10-12 minutes until hot and crispy
For Pan-Fried Version:

- Roll balls in panko breadcrumbs
- Heat butter/oil in nonstick pan
- Fry until golden, turning gently
- Serve:
- Top with hot gravy
- Add cranberry sauce if desired
- Serve immediately while hot
Recipe Notes:
- Keep mixture chilled if not cooking immediately
- Add extra broth or butter if mixture is dry
- Can be frozen before cooking
- Makes perfect party appetizers
