Three Cheese Quiche

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Trim any excess dough and crimp the edges.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
Sprinkle the cheddar, mozzarella, and feta cheeses evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheeses, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.
Sprinkle the chopped chives on top, if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Allow the quiche to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Variations & Tips
For a different flavor profile, try adding sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or cooked bacon to the filling. You can also experiment with different cheeses like Gruyère or goat cheese. If you’re short on time, use a store-bought pie crust, but if you have a bit more time, making your own can add an extra layer of flakiness and flavor. To make it a bit healthier, substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream.
