100 grams of crushed Marseille soap
3 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda
3 liters of boiling water
White vinegar (used separately)
Steps:
Dissolve the Soap: In a bowl, combine the grated soap with 3 liters of hot water. Stir well to avoid lumps, and let it sit for a few minutes.
Add Baking Soda: Once slightly cooled, mix in the baking soda. Stir to achieve a uniform mixture.
Transfer to a Container: Pour the preparation into a clean bottle or container.
Using White Vinegar:
When washing, add the homemade detergent to your machine. For the rinse cycle, pour two cups of white vinegar into the fabric softener compartment. White vinegar acts as an excellent softener and offers numerous benefits to clothes.
