- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Cook Meat: Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat (8–10 minutes), adding seasonings as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix cooked meat, shredded cheese, and diced vegetables.
- Form Tater Tot Cups: Press 5–6 tater tots into each muffin tin cavity, forming a cup shape.
- Fill Cups: Spoon the meat mixture into each cup, filling them about ¾ full. Top with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- For added spice, include paprika or chili powder in the seasoning.
- Substitute cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for flavor variation.
- Serve with sour cream or ranch for dipping!
