Taco Potato Casserole
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook 1 pound of ground beef, with one diced onion and a scoop of minced garlic in a hot pan.
2. Add the ground beef and onion to the crockpot with 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1-2 packets taco seasoning, 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup, 2 lbs frozen shredded hash browns, 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
3. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
4. Enjoy!
