Prepare the Crust:

Bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
Add the Strawberry Layer:
Spread a thin layer of strawberry preserves or jam over the cheesecake layer.
Arrange fresh strawberry slices on top of the jam layer.
Prepare the Crunch Topping:
In a bowl, mix the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, crushed vanilla sandwich cookies, and melted butter.
Sprinkle the crunch topping evenly over the strawberries.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the bars for at least 2-3 hours, or until set.
