Stir-Fried Beef Recipe

Instructions:

Marinate the beef: Combine the beef with the marinade ingredients and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

Prepare the vegetables: Slice all the vegetables and set aside.
Stir-fry the beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until it’s browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

Stir-fry the vegetables: Add the remaining oil to the wok and stir-fry the onion, bell peppers,green chili and celery until they are crisp-tender. Add the garlic and chili peppers (if using) and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.

Combine and finish: Return the beef to the wok. Add the sauce ingredients and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.

Serve: Serve the stir-fry over rice or noodles
