Instructions
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300ยฐF (150ยฐC).
Cut the ribs into individual portions (2โ3 ribs per piece) and season lightly with black pepper.
Bake the Ribs
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover tightly with another layer of foil and bake for 2โ2.5 hours until tender.
Make the Glaze
- While the ribs are baking, combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly, about 5โ7 minutes.
Coat and Broil
- Once the ribs are tender, remove from the oven and discard the foil. Brush the ribs generously with the honey garlic glaze.
- Turn the oven to broil and place the ribs under the broiler for 3โ5 minutes until the glaze caramelizes. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
Serve and Garnish
- Remove from the oven, brush with any remaining glaze, and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.

Grill Option: After baking, finish the ribs on the grill instead of broiling for a smoky touch.
