Steak & Shrimp Noodles

 Directions:

 

1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
4. Add the garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
5. Increase the heat to high, add the sliced steak and shrimp. Stir-fry until they are just cooked through, about 2-4 minutes.
6. Add the drained noodles and the sauce mixture to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes until the noodles are heated through and have absorbed the sauce.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
8. Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges on the side.
