Step 1

Beat in the flour, sifted potato starch, and baking powder on low speed. Then, increase the speed of the mixer and beat the mixture until a smooth batter forms.

Using two spoons, dollop small portions of the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a 180°C (356°F) oven for 20 minutes.
