Slow Cooker Kielbasa

Directions
1. Place the potatoes and onion slices at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Add the drained and rinsed sauerkraut on top of the potatoes and onions.
3. Layer the kielbasa slices over the sauerkraut.
4. Pour the chicken broth over everything.
5. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper to taste. If you like a hint of sweetness, add the brown sugar.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors have melded together.
7. Give everything a good stir before serving and enjoy!

For a little extra flavor, try adding some sliced apples or a splash of apple cider vinegar to the mix.
