Directions
Place the boneless pork chops at the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until smooth.
Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are well-covered.
Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste if needed once cooked.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Variations & Tips
If you’re looking to mix things up, you can add a handful of sliced mushrooms or a cup of baby carrots into the slow cooker for extra veggies. You can also substitute the cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom or cream of celery for a different flavor profile. If you prefer a little kick, a pinch of paprika or red pepper flakes in the sauce can add a nice hint of heat. For a lower-fat version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
