Slow Cooker Creamy Garlic Beef Pasta
Directions
1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat, diced onion, and minced garlic.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, heavy cream, dried basil, and dried oregano. Pour this mixture over the beef and stir to combine.
3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender.
4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
5. Stir the cooked pasta into the slow cooker. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
6. Let it cook for an additional 10-15 minutes to ensure the pasta absorbs the sauce and flavors meld together.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
