Slow Cooker Cheesy Crawfish Dip
Ingredients
– 1 lb crawfish tails, pre-cooked and chopped
– 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 1 small onion, finely diced
– 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for an extra kick!)
– 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for the spice enthusiasts)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish
