Directions
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Place the pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the brown sugar mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
Once done, carefully remove the pork chops and serve with the sauce from the slow cooker drizzled on top.
Variations & Tips
For a little extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the brown sugar mixture. If you prefer a thicker sauce, remove the pork chops when done and transfer the sauce to a saucepan. Simmer on the stove until it reduces to your desired consistency. You can also try adding sliced apples or onions to the slow cooker for additional flavor and texture.
