Simple Homemade Cake

  • Instructions:

    First, preheat the oven to 356 °F or 180 °C. Grease and flour a round pan with a hole in the center.

    Then, using a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.

    Then gradually add the milk and oil without stopping.

    Then, in another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

    Then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, incorporating gently until you have a homogeneous dough.

    Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
