Instructions:

First, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside. Then, in another bowl, beat the egg yolks, sugar, and butter until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture. Next, add the breadcrumbs, cinnamon, and baking powder, mixing well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Lastly, gently fold the egg whites into the batter to maintain its light texture. After that, pour the batter into a greased and floured glass dish.
Preheat the oven to 356 ºF (180 ºC) and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cake is fully cooked through.
Preparing the Filling:
Start by placing all the filling ingredients in a saucepan. Mix well and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a soft fudge consistency.
Assembling the Cake:
Once the cake is baked and cooled, carefully cut it in half. Spread the filling over the bottom layer and place the second layer on top. To finish, cover the cake with the remaining filling, sprinkle cinnamon powder on top, and serve.
