Rustic Seeded Artisan Bread

 

This hearty, crusty artisan bread is packed with a variety of seeds, giving it a deliciously nutty flavor and a satisfying crunch. Perfect on its own, for sandwiches, or served with soups and salads, this homemade bread is as wholesome as it is flavorful!
Ingredients (Makes 1 large loaf or 2 smaller loaves)
3 ½ cups (420g) all-purpose or bread flour
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet (2 ¼ teaspoons) instant yeast
1 ½ cups (360ml) warm water (about 110°F/43°C)
3 tablespoons mixed seeds (e.g., sesame, sunflower, flax, chia, or pumpkin seeds)
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for a softer crust)
Extra seeds for topping (optional)
