ROLLED CREPE WITH NUTELLA

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, sugar, melted butter and vanilla extract. Beat well until smooth and lump-free.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spread a little butter or oil in the skillet.
3. Pour some of the crepe batter into the hot skillet and spread evenly to form a thin circle. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and you can slide a spatula under the crepe. Flip the crepe and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat this step with the remaining mixture.
4. Once all the crepes are cooked, spread a generous layer of Nutella on each crepe.
5. Roll each crepe with Nutella and place on a serving plate.
6. If you like, you can sprinkle a little icing sugar on top before serving. 😘
