1 lb ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for some heat
