This Reuben Crescent Bake is a warm and hearty dish that captures all the flavors of a classic Reuben sandwich in a buttery crescent roll crust. It’s perfect for family dinners, brunch, or a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

(Serves 6–8)

  • 2 (8 oz each) tubes of crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound (450g) thinly sliced deli corned beef, chopped
  • 1 (14 oz) can sauerkraut, well-drained and patted dry
  • 2 cups (200g) shredded Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup (120ml) Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds (optional, for garnish)
