- 1 pound (450g) thinly sliced deli corned beef, chopped
- 1 (14 oz) can sauerkraut, well-drained and patted dry
- 2 cups (200g) shredded Swiss cheese
- ½ cup (120ml) Thousand Island dressing
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds (optional, for garnish)
