1. Prepare the Ingredients:
– Wash the beetroots thoroughly to remove any dirt. Peel them if you prefer, but it’s not necessary.
– Core the apple and chop it into pieces. If using carrot, wash and chop it as well.
– Peel the ginger.
2. Juicing:
– If you have a juicer, simply feed the beetroot, apple, carrot, and ginger through it.
– If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend the ingredients in a blender. Add a little water to help with blending.
3. Strain (if using a blender):
– After blending, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl or jug to separate the juice from the pulp. Press down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
4. Add Lemon Juice:
– Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the beetroot juice for added flavor and freshness.
5. Serve:
– Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy! You can add ice cubes if you prefer it chilled.
### Tips:
– You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less apple.
– Experiment with other ingredients like spinach or cucumber for different flavors and nutrients.
