- 1 package 3 oz raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- For the Topping:
- 1 cup shredded coconut toasted, if desired
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
