Quick puff pastry with vanilla cream

Preparation:

  1. This is how the recipe works: Cut the purchased puff pastry into squares and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 15 minutes. Then let it cool down a bit. Then cut it in half.
  2. Pour the milk into a pot and add the sugar and pudding powder, cook to a thick pudding and let it cool.
  3. Once cooled, add the whipped cream and mix well. I sweetened the whipped cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (you can of course use more).
  4. Finally, fill the pillows with cream and dust with powdered sugar.
