Ingredients:

For the Puff Pastry:

    • 75g (2.5 oz, ~⅔ cup) flour
    • 130ml (~½ cup) water
    • Pinch of salt
    • 50g (1.8 oz, ~¼ cup) butter
  • 2 large eggs

For the Custard Cream:

    • 2 egg yolks
    • 200ml (~¾ cup) milk
    • 40g (1.4 oz, ~3 tbsp) sugar
    • 20g (0.7 oz, ~2 tbsp) flour

For the Whipped Cream:

    • 150ml (~⅔ cup) heavy cream
    • 15g (0.5 oz, 1 tbsp) sugar
