For the Puff Pastry:

- 2 large eggs
For the Custard Cream:

- 2 egg yolks

- 40g (1.4 oz, ~3 tbsp) sugar
- 20g (0.7 oz, ~2 tbsp) flour
For the Whipped Cream:

- 150ml (~⅔ cup) heavy cream
- 15g (0.5 oz, 1 tbsp) sugar
