Puff pastry sunflower with parmesan and tomato sauce:

How to make?

1. Brush the pastry with tomato sauce, then add the parmesan.
2. Cover with puff pastry.
3. Gently cut some puff pastry strips and carefully twist each one around a few times.
4. Brush the pastry with egg wash and  bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
5. Serve immediately.
