Preacher Cake

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, pineapple (with juice), walnuts, and coconut until thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour into prepared pan and bake until top is golden brown, 30-35 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool at least 15 minutes.
  4. While cake is cooling, make the frosting:
  5. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla with an electric mixer until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  6. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until totally combined.
  7. Spread over cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Enjoy!
