Pound cake

Instructions:

Pre heat your oven to 325. In a bowl of a stand mixer (in order) add your cake flour, sugar, butter, buttermilk, large eggs, and vanilla.

Mix together those ingredients on low speed for 2 minutes. Scrap down your mixing bowel to make sure everything is incorporated.

Then mix on medium for 2 more minutes.

Do not mix for more than 4 minutes.

Add your poundcake batter to a greased 16 cup tube pan and bake this on 325 for an hour and 30 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool for 30 minutes before removing.

Once cooled add a glaze if you want and enjoy!
