Pecan Pie Cobbler

Instructions

Step 01

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13×9 glass pan with cooking spray.

Step 02

Take out one pie crust, roll it to fit the pan. If it tears, just pinch it back together.

Step 03

Mix corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, sugar and eggs in a bowl.

Step 04

Put the pecans in, stir them around.

Step 05

Pour half the pecan mix in the pan.

Step 06

Put the other crust on top.

Step 07

Pour the rest of the pecan stuff over it.

Step 08

Bake about 45 minutes till it’s set and brown on top.

Step 09

Try to let it cool a bit before cutting.

Notes

  1. It’s like pecan pie but easier to make.
  2. Makes enough for 12 people.
