Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente (follow package instructions).
- Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Bacon
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
- Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
3. Cook the Beef and Onions
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and diced onion.
- Cook over medium heat until the beef is browned and onion is softened, breaking beef into crumbles.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Make the Sauce

- Reduce the heat to low and stir in Alfredo sauce
- Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Return the cooked bacon to the skillet, reserving some for garnish if desired.
5. Combine with Pasta
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet.
- Toss until the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve
- Plate the pasta and top with chopped pickles for a tangy crunch.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and reserved bacon pieces. Serve immediately!
