Ingredients
Crust:

- 3-5 tablespoons ice water
Filling:
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
