4 salmon fillets 
1 lb baby potatoes, halved 
2 cups broccoli florets 
3 tbsp butter 
2 tbsp olive oil 
2 garlic cloves, minced 
Zest and juice of 1 lemon 
Salt and black pepper, to taste 
Fresh parsley, for garnish
