  • Two tablespoons of baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of keto sweetener (granular)
  • Three-fourth cup of protein powder (unflavored whey)
  • A teaspoon of vanilla essence

CINNAMON SWIRL:

  • Powder of cinnamon, one teaspoon
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • Allulose/xylitol, 1 tablespoon
  • One-fourth cup, replacement of brown sugar

DRIZZLE:

Water as you need
1/3 cup of swerve confectioners
Heavy whipping cream, one tablespoon
