
Italian Apple Cake with Sour Cream
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and melted butter until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Gently stir in the chopped apples.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
