I believe this is the best version of this recipe I have ever created, it is very appealing.
Ingredients:
3 big onions, cut into thin slices.
4 tablespoons of butter without salt
2 pieces of garlic, chopped
1 small spoonful of sugar
1 small spoon of salt
1 cup of white wine
4 cups of beef broth
1 tablespoon of thyme leaves freshly picked.
1 leaf from the bay tree
12 ounces of pasta (fusilli or campanelle are good choices).
1 cup of shredded Gruyère cheese
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
Fresh parsley, chopped for decoration.
