Honey Butter Pecanbread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
- Gradually add self-rising flour and salt; mix gently to avoid overmixing.
- Stir in vanilla extract, honey, and melted butter. Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into the dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra richness, drizzle honey or add whipped cream before serving.
- Store at room temperature for 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
