How To Make honey baked ham?

Skin and fat removed from the ham.
1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove the skin and most of the excess fat. Leave a layer of fat, though, to render while the ham bakes.
Scoring the ham.
2.Score ham in a diamond pattern. This looks nice but also allows the fat to render while cooking.

3.Place scored ham in a roasting pan.

4.Bake for 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
Mustard, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl.
5.While the ham is baking, make the glaze. Mix remaining ingredients together.
Spreading glaze onto the ham.
6.During the last 45 minutes of cooking time, spread the glaze over the ham.
Letting the ham rest.
7.Remove ham from the oven and let rest.
