Instructions:

Then add the vanilla essence. Now slowly add the flour sifted with the yeast, mixing until the dough is uniform.

Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Then preheat the oven to 356 °F or (180 °C), now form small balls from the dough and place them on a greased and floured baking sheet.

Finally, bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly browned.

That’s it, now let them cool completely before serving. If you prefer, sprinkle icing sugar on top to decorate.
