Instructions:
Start by organizing the ingredients, chop the mozzarella cheese and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Then, add the heavy cream, mix well, and microwave it.
Now, microwave it for about 30 seconds, remove it, and stir well. Repeat this process 5 more times, then adjust the salt to taste.
To finish, transfer it to a container, refrigerate for about 5 to 6 hours, and after serving it with bread, toast, biscuits.
